My Journey Referral Program allows subscribed users ("User") to earn twenty-five U.S. dollars ($50 US), for each person they refer to My Journey ("Referral Credit"), which can be applied to the purchase of any My Journey Subscription Plan.
To participate, Users must agree to these terms, which are incorporated into the My Journey Terms of Service.
How to Earn Referral Credit:
Users may earn Referral Credit for all Qualified Referrals to new users who do not have a My Journey account (“Referred Party”). A Qualified Referral occurs when: a) the Referred Party, creates an account, and subscribes to a My Journey Subscription Plan; and b) the Referred Party has not cancelled their subscription or requested a refund thirty (30) days from the initial subscription date.
For each Qualified Referral, the referring User will receive a Referral Credit in their account thirty (30) days after the Referred Party’s purchase of a My Journey Subscription Plan. Referral Credits are limited to five hundred U.S. dollars ($500 US), per month. Your church's setup fee is also refunded Two hundred fifty U.S. dollars ($250) per referral up to five hundred U.S. dollars ($500 US), per account.
Redeeming Credits:
Pending and earned Referral Credits will automatically appear in the referring User’s account summary. Referral credits are applied toward any My Journey Subscription Plan. Referral credits may not be used toward the purchase of add on services.
Referral Credits may not be combined with additional coupons, transferred, reused, or exchanged for cash or cash equivalents. Contact us to learn how to become an Affiliate Partner to earn cash for referrals.
Referred Party Discount:
Referred Parties will receive the discount amount stated in their referral email, which can be applied toward the purchase of a My Journey Subscription, and will be automatically applied at setup. The discount will be valid for one (1) calendar year from the Referred Party’s creation of a My Journey account.
Multiple Referrals:
A Referred Party may only use one referral code to receive the discount. If a Referred Party receives referral codes from multiple Users, only the User corresponding with the referral code used by the Referred Party will receive Referral Credit.
Severability:
If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision will be struck and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Termination and Change:
My Journey may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a User’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason.
My Journey reserves the right to void Referral Credit or suspend accounts if it suspects any activity that is abusive or fraudulent (including but not limited to Users sending referral codes to themselves or one User’s creation of multiple My Journey accounts for the purpose of receiving Referral Credit). We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as deemed in our sole discretion fair and appropriate.
Updates to the Terms:
My Journey reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the My Journey website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any such modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
